   As much of the United States Real estate heads through more hardships, the Russians target the market . Russians now have the United States as one of the top five destination they choose to buy. The other four are

  Bulgaria, Germany, Finland, and Spain . For the right markets this brings welcomed opportunities to both the buyers and the sellers. Several cities are targeted. New York , Miami Beach , Palm Beach and several other are showing large influx. To the Russians they are getting choice properties at prices never seen before as well as securing their investment .Compared to Russia ,it is much more stable in the United States. The domestic prices in Moscow and St. Petersburg are at the verge of a bubble .Many say with prices at a all time high . The Stock Market in Russia can not be called reliable as it is considered unstable as well. This said foreign real estate continues to appeal to Russians seeking to invest. Florida is one of the targeted areas. Offering winter haven with sun all winter, beaches, fishing ,golfing, yachting, tennis, a daily activity all winter . At night many cities like Miami Beach and Miami turn on till the morning hours offering all the variety one can desire.
  For the sellers , it is allowing them to down size selling to the foreign buyers with cash. Few banks are involved in all these transactions ,so the transactions are moving fast. The dollar which is still low also provides the Russians added value.
  Yet another factor bringing in the Russians to the US is the ease of safety. They can walk the streets without body guards or drive their toys care free with the tops down.
